Progress Our progress Hooray! The past couple years we have been working on the Solar Soaker we have accomplished many things. An overview of our progress so far. Users report back better wash results than traditional hand wash. Lab reports show wash results that are similar to washing machine results The Solar Soaker is saving women significant time, which they can use for income-generating activities The Solar Soaker is being used in small health centres Some women are using them for private use, other are running a dobbi (laundry service) using more Solar Soakers Approximately 40 women today are using the Solar Soaker Currently 55 Solar Soakers are operational The first batch of Solar Soakers was produced in the Netherlands and have been shipped to Uganda and Kenya
